The M365 Security Team is looking for a **Sr. Security Product Manager** to help us drive objectives to meet our goal of offering the most secure and trusted productivity experiences in the world, focusing in the Microsoft Customer and Partners Services space. **Responsibilities**
The primary responsibilities for this role will include the following:
+ Identify risks and drive strategy for remediation at scale working in close collaboration with MSFT services and stakeholders to completion
+ Work with engineering teams in security to build the analytical tools and systems to effectively mitigate and report risks
+ Work with stakeholders on prioritization and planning processes to understand their scenarios and mitigating controls.
+ Communication and active engagement with Partners at scale is needed.
+ Work with Security architects and response teams to understand eminent threats and mitigating controls
+ Develop KPIs and other success metrics, and regularly drive improvements and enhancements to the roadmap and strategy

**Qualifications**
**Required/Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ Ability to operate and influence teams in a complex, matrixed organization
+ Ability to drive executive communications
+ Ability to provide structure to an ambiguous problem space – you are expected to define KPIs/metrics and get stakeholders on the same page and create strategy documents
+ Experience with analytical/quantitative tools used for Incident Response, including but not limited to SQL, ADX, Kusto
+ Experience with Security and Risk Management
Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
