**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our Total Quality Portfolio team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and success of our quality management solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet market needs and deliver exceptional value to our customers.
**Purpose:** As Product Manager, you will guide multiple teams to bring to market and grow Verint’s Total Quality products. You will manage the growth and development of new products and integration as well as manage and maintain existing products in the Total Quality product line. You will be responsible and involved in the product life cycle. This role is key to the success of the Total Quality vision and is strongly cross-functional in nature, requiring strong working relationships with multiple teams in addition to market analysis, product planning, and market delivery.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Product Strategy:** Develop and execute the product strategy for the Total Quality Portfolio, aligning with Verint’s overall business objectives.
+ **Market Research:** Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform product development and positioning.
+ **Product Development:** Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and manage the product roadmap.
+ **Stakeholder Management:** Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, sales, and marketing teams, to gather feedback and ensure alignment with product goals.
+ **Go-to-Market:** Assist in developing go-to-market strategies, including product launches, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement materials.
+ **Performance Monitoring:** Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product success.
+ **Customer Focus:** Advocate for the customer by ensuring our products deliver exceptional user experiences and solve real-world problems.
+ **Product Management:** Manage responsibilities within the entire product line life cycle for Verint’s Total Quality product from strategic planning to tactical activities. Specify market requirements for current and future versions of the product by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and partners. Work closely with highly technical managers and engineering teams to fulfill the product backlog using Scrum/Agile methodologies. Contribute to a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments across the business to execute.
+ **Research:** Support Verint Research and analyze technologies in the industry that can be utilized to contribute to the product’s success.
+ **Partner Relationships:** Manage partner relationships that are in support of the business.
**Qualifications:**
+ **Experience:** 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in contact center, quality management or related fields. A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience with software product management, product engineering, business analyst, or similar roles in a technology or enterprise software organization.
+ **Education:** Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science, IT, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
+ **Skills:** Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Understanding of the commercial aspects of product and business management. Possesses the technical skills to explain the high-level requirements of a solution to both engineering and customers. Able to translate market and business plans into actions. Strong project management skills. Excellent customer-facing presentation and negotiation skills.
+ **Knowledge:** Familiarity with contact center quality management principles, tools, and technologies. Understanding of market trends and customer needs in the quality management space. Experience operating in a global development organization.
+ **Personal:** A highly motivated self-starter, versatile team player, and a strong leader who can drive objectives to completion across an organization. Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks across team boundaries and/or geographically dispersed teams while managing multiple priorities and parallel projects. Ability to travel up to 20%, both domestic and international.
