Senior Product Manager
The **Microsoft Threat Protection team** is seeking a **Senior Product Manager.** This team is re-shaping how SOC (Security Operations Center) teams operate, empowering them to become more effective and efficient than ever in the ever-ending battle against the evolving cybersecurity threat landscape, through a revolutionary unified security operations platform that combines Microsoft's world class threat protection stack into a single experience. Threat Intelligence is a key element that enables SOC teams to get ahead of the adversary, preventing the next attack rather than responding to a breach that already happened. Threat Intelligence is becoming instrumental in SOC teams day-to-day, as the impact Threat Intelligence makes on organizations security resiliency materializes. **Responsibilities** + Be accountable for the success of critical features in our portfolio, how they make customers more secure and how they drive our business. + Work closely with product, engineering, security research and marketing teams throughout the product development lifecycle to deliver best-in-class experiences.  + Create clarity around product definition, backlogs, roadmap and user experience to multiple stakeholders across various disciplines. + Work closely with customers to understand their articulated and unarticulated needs, learn how we can improve our product and help strategic customers to be successful through getting the most out of our products.  + Communicate clearly about projects, risks, and accomplishments on behalf of the team to internal and external stakeholders.  **Qualifications** **Required/Minimum Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development + OR equivalent experience. + 4+ years of experience as a product manager for an enterprise security product that security professionals interact with daily through a user interface. + 3+ years of demonstrated industry experience in Threat Intelligence or Threat Detection. **Preferred/Additional Qualifications:** + BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical equivalent. Business degree or background is preferred. + Able to tackle ambiguous challenges and create clarity on the solution. + Great collaboration skills, deep empathy to others and genuine desire to make everyone around you successful. + Solid understanding of the cybersecurity space and how organizations protect themselves against cybersecurity threats. Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
