Senior Product Manager // Call Center
We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team and help build out and improve call center and workforce management software solutions. In this position you will be working with business and technical stakeholders to design and enhance product features, creating roadmaps, and defining product objectives.
To be successful in this position you should already be familiar with the product lifecycle, be comfortable engaging with both technical software engineering & IT stakeholders, as well as end-users and business stakeholders, gathering and specifying product requirements, and be capable of leading a product team in an agile environment. Exposure to common project agile tools (Jira, Confluence), and data tools (name SQL) are also preferred. This is a senior-level role and will also require prior work with call center and/or workforce management technology, as well as overseen technical lIT & software integrations.
