Senior Product Manager - Consumer Bill Pay

This position will lead the product strategy and delivery for Bill Pay with a focus on new payment capabilities.   The role will define requirements and drive product development activities, go-to-market strategies, and cross-functional alignment, across the enterprise.  The Product Manager in this role will collaborate heavily with vendors, internal stakeholders, customers, and customer facing teams to ensure that our products adequately support the needs of our customers.
 

What will you do:

Lead cross functional and multi-discipline teams, to support and enhance existing products and create new capabilitiesResearch and define market needs and translate those needs into market and functional requirements for continuous agile deliveryBuild rapport and relationships with clients and collect feedback in order to improve Fiserv’s products and market positionDefine minimum viable product and balance trade-offs between time, effort, investment, and value dimensionsCollaborate with delivery teams including development, user experience, business analysts, and product owners to ensure that products meet the desired market needCollaborate with multiple marketing and sales organizations across the enterprise to clearly communicate product benefits and competitive differentiationLead go-to-market activities to ensure that new products and features are successfully launched and supported across the organization.Work with product leadership and finance to build the product business case and customer pricingLead through influence across a matrixed organization with disparate geographic team membersMonitor competitive offerings in the market and drives differentiated value proposition for Fiserv products
 

What you will need:

5+ years' experience in financial services5 + years Project Management experience leading highly technical software projects across large cross-functional teamsElectronic or card payments experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsExperience collaborating with cross-geography and/or international teams where high-levels of collaboration are requiredExperience working with marketing and communication teamsHigh-level attention to detail and the ability to track and complete multiple workstreams and tasks at any one timeFinancial experience with a background in making a business case for a particular project or productBachelor's degree in finance, Business, Engineering or related field
 

What would be great to have:

MBA or similar graduate degreeProduct management experience in a financial services environmentExperience working with Financial Institutions and FinTech

Salary Range

$88,500.00 - $158,100.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
