1. Deeply understand the credit business processes, analyze business requirements, effectively identify risk points, and design scalable risk control products to efficiently support business development and achieve risk control objectives.
2. Responsible for the construction of the risk control system, completing system function design, product prototypes, and requirement documentation, and driving implementation.
3. Continuously monitor and iterate the core risk control systems, including credit pre-approval, mid-term management, and post-loan collection.
4. Lead projects, facilitate cross-team communication, coordinate resources, and be accountable for project outcomes.
