What you’ll do & Who you areWe are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager (d/f/m) to join our Dealer Performance Management and Pricing Team and drive the growth of our dealer business.
It's a hybrid position. Our office is located in Berlin Charlottenburg. You will report to Product Lead Dealer Success, mobile.de.

About the team
As a Senior Product Manager in our Dealer Performance Management and Pricing team, you'll shape our product's future, working on continuous improvements and new products that make a difference for our B2B Customers. You will partner with a team of software developers, data engineers, UX designers, and researchers to explore new product opportunities and create features. You will also work with our sales, business and marketing teams to ensure great product communication and impact.
Your main responsibilities include:
Promote our product discovery and delivery by identifying opportunities for growth, improvements and new features based on market research, user feedback, and industry trends.
Evaluate the feasibility, potential impact, and desirability of new product ideas, using techniques such as customer interviews, focus groups, and surveys.
Work with a larger team of product managers and business stakeholders to provide a user experience and value proposition.
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to implementation, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
Collaborate with a diverse team of experts to build innovative products across all devices, enhancing the user experience.
Define key metrics, evaluate performance, and implement strategies that drive measurable growth.
Ensure Experience communicating product updates, milestones, and progress to internal and external partners and partnership with our industry experts to navigate the complex automotive environment we operate in.
Your skill profile:
5+ years experience in digital product management.
Experience in marketplaces, automotive industries or similar.
Practical experience in the development of data-oriented products in collaboration with data science is an advantage.
Expertise in building digital products and optimising user experiences.
Experience developing products for SME and enterprise B2B audiences will be a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex issues and solve them incrementally.
Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences, able to translate technical topics into clear, applicable insights.
Business fluent in English, with an understanding of the German market, culture, and competition.
It is an advantage to speak German in order to be able to communicate directly with customers.
