We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Product Manager to join our Digital Channels team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products. Knowledge of Banking and Fintech service although not mandatory is valued. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and the ability to drive product innovation in digital channels such as mobile banking, online banking, and other digital platforms. 

Principais Responsabilidades

Product Discovery & Strategy: Lead product discovery efforts by understanding user needs, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities in our digital channels.  

Roadmap Execution: Define product requirements, create detailed product specifications, and prioritize features for digital channels.  

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate and Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders and senior management.  

Go-to-Market: build go-to-market plans to ensure the adoption and success of its products to the end customer.  

 UX/UI Focus: Collaborate closely with Product Designers to develop intuitive and seamless user experiences that meet customer needs and drive engagement.  

 AB Testing & Experimentation: Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize key product features and customer journeys.  

 Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Data Analysts, Engineering Teams, and Marketing, Security, Architecture, to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of product initiatives.  

 Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data insights to inform product decisions, track performance metrics, and iteratively improve product features.  

Customer-Centric Mindset: Champion the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring that our digital products meet the highest standards of usability and satisfaction. 

Collaborate and Communicate: ensure product vision and strategy to stakeholders and senior management. 

Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, cyber security and regulatory changes affecting digital banking. 

Accountability: Provide and demand accountability and act as customer’s advocate within the organization 


Requisitos

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Master degree or MBA is a plus. 

5+ years of product management experience with a focus on digital channels. Experience in the banking or fintech services industry is a plus.  

Strong understanding of digital banking products and services. 

Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams. 

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 

Strong communication and presentation skills. 

Portuguese and English proficiency is mandatory. Spanish is a plus. 

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
