Saviynt is looking for smart, passionate Product Managers to help innovate, scale andmanage roadmap execution for its External product, which is part of its EnterpriseIdentity Cloud Platform. The world’s largest brands trust Saviynt to accelerate digitaltransformation, empower distributed workforces, and meet continuous compliance in azero-trust environment.Product Managers are part of the scrum team and drive the execution of the roadmap.They are responsible for overseeing the entire software development lifecycle of theExternal Product starting from backlog grooming and planning to writing user storiesand estimation to product/release delivery management and bug backlogmanagement. The PM is responsible for the entire lifecycle from design todevelopment, testing, and release.The ideal PM candidate will be curious, have strong attention to detail, andpassion for building products and customer success, and domain (or adjacentdomain) expertise is highly preferredResponsibilities:Saviynt’s EIC platform is a microservices based Cloud SaaS platform, so knowledge of Kubernetes, Microservices, GSP, Java, and Databases will be needed. In addition, due to the specific needs of the PAM product, working knowledge of PAM products and Infrastructure platforms such as Windows, Linux/Unix and Databases will also be highly relevant.Feature Grooming – Review requirements and complete an informative analysis of findings. Develop a sprint plan for the release that guides the scrum team towards goals that meet the needs of both the internal and external stakeholders. Ensure the entire scrum team has a solid understanding of the product and its capabilities to ensure company-wide success.Manage sprint goals – Draft and distribute sprint plans well in advance to ensure the entire scrum team is aligned and geared towards sprint success.Answer questions and troubleshoot issues, resolve impediments throughout the sprints.Practice customer-centric development – Work with stakeholders to understand their unique needs and pain points. Capture and share client feedback with the team to best investigate ways to create a solution. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure features and functionality are meeting requirements in new and innovative ways. Report the success of the products and strategize improvements needed.Agile Management – Run daily rituals like scrum, backlog grooming, planning, and retrospectives for a cross-functional team. Monitor the progress of issues and provide solutions for the development team.Track and communicate progress – Measure performance for presentation to all stakeholders, customers, and partners.Change Management – Monitor the progress and invoke the changemanagement process in case new requirements need immediate attention or the scrum team won’t be able to meet the planned sprint goal.Requirements:Bachelor degree required, Masters in Engineering is preferred or a related field.7+ years of relevant professional work experience. This should include 3+ years of experience in software Security.Should be hands-on with databases and have experience with the following programming languages: Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL Experience with the following web technologies: XML, SPML/SOAP, Web and Application Servers, HTMLExperience setting up and installing software on both Windows and Unix (Linux,Sun, HP, AIX) platformsExperience with Agile Product Management methods (sprint planning, resource management, scope, schedule and status, documentation). Advanced skillset in time management and task prioritizationAbility to translate complex problems and ideas into easily understood descriptions.Knowledge of Web Services (REST/SOAP)Knowledge of Secret Management or Vaulting ServicesExperience in Unix Shell / Perl / PythonExperience in one of the public cloud platforms – AWS or AzureFamiliarity with RBAC is a plus. Familiarity with Identity and PAM products (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic, Microfocus, Okta ASA, Delinea)Excellent written and verbal communicationPassion for managing products and driving resultsAbility to multitask and identify opportunities for process improvementsIf required for this role, you will:- Complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter- Review (initially and annually thereafter), understand, and adhere to Information Security/Privacy Policies and Procedures such as (but not limited to):
