The Product Manager will be a pivotal part of the Device Management Platform team, guiding the development of AI-driven platform. This role will also be responsible for crafting our AI roadmap and strategy, with a focus on creating AI Agents and integrating AI capabilities across the platform. 


Description and Requirements  

We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the evolution of our device management platform. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strategic product thinking and hands-on technical understanding to help shape our platform. A skilled Scrum practitioner with the ability to create innovative and differentiated solutions that will drive value for Lenovo and our customers. 

We are flexible with the location if you are in the US. 


What you will be doing: 

Develop and own the 1–3-year product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Define and track KPIs to measure product success and drive continuous improvement. Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize and deliver features, ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer needs. Manage competing priorities in the product backlog, ensuring the team is focused on delivering the highest business value. Build strong relationships with engineering teams, earning their trust through technical credibility and effective collaboration. Acting as the bridge between stakeholders and engineering, translating business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. Deliver key features and capabilities on time and within budget, demonstrating value to stakeholders. 

 

Basic Requirements: 

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years' experience of software product management experience. 5+ years' experience with Agile methodology and scrum team experience. 

 

Preferred Requirements: 

In-depth knowledge of AI, LLMs and Generative AI Prior experience with driving product strategy, roadmaps, building a business case, revenue model for a product and/or defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive product innovation. Ability to build credibility with technical teams. Experience evolving existing platforms to incorporate new technologies. Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and ATDD (Acceptance Test Driven Development). Track record of building and maintaining technical roadmaps.  Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver software products in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Excellence in stakeholder management. Clear communication of complex technical concepts.
