\nWe are seeking an experienced Healthcare Product Manager to support our rapidly growing Healthcare product portfolio. This role requires a unique blend of enterprise SaaS product management expertise and in-depth healthcare industry knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare space, a strong point of view on key opportunities for Qualtrics in the healthcare space, and a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment. In this role, you will drive the strategy, development, and execution of our healthcare specific products and solutions that span the full portfolio of experience management needs across patient, employee, strategy and research.

What We’re Looking for on Your Resume
\n\n4+ years of product management experience\nDeep vertical expertise in healthcare (providers / payers), with a strong point of view on opportunities for experience management in the industry\nBackground in one or more of (a) product management roles with healthcare-specific software firms, (b) experience management roles within healthcare, or (c) engagement management or team leadership roles in the healthcare verticals of top consulting firms is highly desirable\nBachelor's degree and or equivalent preferred\nStrategic vision and creative problem solving, using data and qualitative insights to create a strategic framework and measure success\nExceptional oral and written communication skills\nDemonstrated ability to work cross-functionally through influence, driving results without direct authority and developing and maintaining effective working relationships across both technical and commercial roles including Engineering, User Experience Design, Sales, Marketing, PR, Customer Success, and Operations\nAbility to make meaningful headway in highly ambiguous environments and inspire collaborators to see opportunity through both high times and challenges\nProven track record of taking initiative and a \"can-do\" attitude, willing to go above and beyond typical job responsibilities.\n\n\n

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.
