Senior Product Manager II, AdTech (Decisions Alliance)
The role

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to join HelloFresh’s Global AI team, with a focus on advertising technology. Our mission is to optimize our marketing spend by tailoring our campaigns to the individual preferences and behaviors of our prospects. You'll be part of a team of engineers and data scientists who work together to build innovative data products in an agile, collaborative environment.

What you’ll do Develop and implement vision and strategy for global ad tech products Collaborate with marketing teams to establish and drive an experimentation and automation roadmap, working towards fully automated ad steering with ML/AI Work closely with advertising partners such as Google and Meta to ensure reliable set up of experiments and campaign tracking Provide effective written and verbal updates on the product roadmap and key projects to senior leadership and stakeholders Document and communicate new product hypotheses, with accompanying concepts, prototypes, and use cases Define clear OKRs and KPIs with your team and track progress against them regularly Stay informed about industry trends that help us evaluate the company’s needs in marketing and data technologies

What You'll Bring  Extensive hands-on product management experience related to advertising technology in teams with engineers and data scientists Proven track record shipping end-to-end data and machine learning products Ability to effectively collaborate with peers in science, engineering, and marketing to discover and deliver valuable solutions Understanding of the programmatic advertising space, ideally with experience working with Google and/or Meta advertising platforms A fail-fast-and-learn mentality and experience in building POCs and MVPs, linked to generating business value

 

What you’ll bring Extensive hands-on product management experience related to predictive modeling and/or data analytics with teams of 5+ engineers and data scientists Experience with applied research in the domains of decision science and behavioral modeling Experience with agile ways of working Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to effectively collaborate with peers in science, engineering, and marketing Proven track record shipping end-to-end data products Ability to build business cases
