Job Overview and Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Product Manager-Loyalty will play a critical role in developing and executing the product roadmap to lead the continual evolution of our market leading loyalty program, MileagePlus.

Drive and own the execution and development of the strategic product vision and roadmapBuild a collaborative working relationship with technology, operations and business partnersDefine and prioritize product features and enhancements based on feedback, market research and business impactCollaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive interfaces, workflows, and features that drive customer engagement and loyaltyCommunicate detailed product requirements and work closely with the teams to build new products and featuresLead a team of business analysts to support product management/product ownership throughout MileagePlusCommunicate status and updates to all stakeholders including executive leadership

NOTE: This position provides a hybrid work arrangement including approximately 50% of the time spent onsite at our Chicago office location and 50% remotely.

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field requiredMinimum of 5 years of product management experience7+ years of relevant experienceStrong technical skills, including knowledge of loyalty programs and agile product developmentExperience working independently to develop and execute successful product strategies to drive business growthComfortable working in fast-paced, growing environmentExperience leading teams, establishing goals and providing feedback to direct reportsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas to diverse audiencesMust be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorshipWhat will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):Experience working in loyalty or customer data.Airline experience is a plus


The base pay range for this role is $124,735.00 to $169,950.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
