This role is within the Business Unit Oncology, specifically as Senior Product Manager for Oncology reporting to the Marketing Director
The responsibilities include a strong strategic and operative focus on marketing activities to achieve business objectives.
Sales Tools Development: Responsible for defining, creating, and updating sales tools (e.g., communication, brochures, slide decks, training materials, digital resources, ) in alignment with the strategic objectives and field force needs. Ensures these tools are impactful, user-friendly, and aligned with brand messaging and regulatory requirements.Event Planning and Organization: Leads the planning, coordination, and execution of events, including advisory boards, scientific symposia, congress activities, promo events and internal training sessions. Oversees logistics, content development, speaker engagement, and ensures high-quality delivery within timelines and budgets.Plan of Action (POA): Manages the entire lifecycle of the POA, including its definition in close collaboration with the cross functional team, writing, and approval process. Ensures adherence to timelines, prepares comprehensive documentation, and delivers impactful presentations to internal stakeholders, including senior management, sales teams and global teams. Monitors the implementation of the POA and evaluates its outcomes to refine future strategies.Collaboration with Stakeholders: Works closely with internal departments (medical, regulatory, market access, governmental affairs and public affairs) and external stakeholders (agencies, and KOLs) to ensure alignment and execution of strategic priorities. Conducts innovative brainstorming session to challenge status quo and create new concepts supporting the Brand StrategyPerformance Monitoring and Reporting: Utilizes analytical tools to assess marketing initiatives, and generate actionable insights.
