Their modern, mobile-first Patient Success Platform helps healthcare organizations streamline scheduling, automate patient outreach, and enhance communication through seamless text and email interactions. By integrating with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems such as Epic and Athenahealth, they enable providers to automate complex workflows, optimize appointment management, and improve care coordination. Currently serving over 700 healthcare organizations, their platform is designed to enhance operational efficiency, reduce administrative burdens, and improve patient outcomes through cutting-edge technology.

As they continue to expand, they are seeking a Senior Product Manager – Partnerships to join their dynamic product team. This role is crucial in managing client relationships, ensuring product roadmaps align with customer needs, and collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver impactful solutions. The position requires a strong technical background, as you will act as a bridge between clients and the engineering team, translating technical requirements into actionable product strategies. You'll be part of a highly collaborative pod-based structure, working alongside dedicated designers, QA engineers, and product managers.

Requirements 5 to 7 years of experience in product management within health-tech, SaaS, or a similar industry Technical expertise – either a former developer or highly proficient in working with engineers to translate complex technical needs into accessible product solutions Strong ability to prioritize and manage product roadmaps tailored to client needs Exceptional communication skills – must be able to convey complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to collaborate across teams, including product management, customer success, and engineering Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for client partnerships, ensuring their needs are met through effective product roadmapping Work closely with internal product managers and engineering teams to guide the development of tailored solutions Represent customer needs within the company, ensuring products align with market demands and user expectations Collaborate across departments to blend product management, customer success, and program management skills Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with AI-driven features or products High-energy personality with exceptional communication and leadership skills Why Join? 100% remote – work from anywhere in the U.S. Competitive salary ($150K - $175K base) with strong benefits Join a fast-growing, mission-driven team making a real impact in healthcare
