As Senior Product Manager in Health & Wellness you will lead the transformation of our pharmacy system, evolving it from a centralized, on-premise architecture to a modern, modularized platform. In collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will identify and shape key domains that enable personalized patient care within the Kroger healthcare ecosystem. You will oversee the product lifecycle of solutions that drive scalability, reduce complexity, and accelerate time to market, all while ensuring comprehensive, real-time access, integration, and sharing of patient data across disparate health systems. This includes ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory standards, such as HL7, FHIR, and others, where applicable.

Own and drive a large product from vision, through design, to requirements, and finally delivery. Serve as a facilitator within a larger cross-functional team to solve business problems. Work with near-complete autonomy and freedom, requiring no oversight. This autonomy, however, will be within a broader strategy set by a Senior Product Manager and/or Group Product Manager. Build trust within a larger area of responsibility than a Product Manager or Associate Product Manager. This role will require 4 days on-site at our Blue Ash, OH office.
