About the role:The primary responsibilities of the Senior Product Manager will be to make it simple for customers and developers to understand, implement, and visualize the impact of our suite of post-shipping products and APIs, as well as help integrate newly acquired products within our organization. Through your analysis, interviews, and cross-team collaboration, the Senior Product Manager will drive a product roadmap that will delight our customers and scale part of our post-shipping platform, including tracking, returns, and end-customer communications. The role will work across many teams, from Engineering to Customer Success to Leadership, and will have the opportunity to make a huge impact on the EasyPost business as a whole.
What you will doo Drive a critical product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on growth. o Build and prioritize a strong, creative backlog of ideas focused on specific customer segments and improving their end-to-end user experience. o Lead and guide product direction for a cross-functional team of engineering, success, marketing, sales, and platform partners.o Be the voice of the customer and help provide context, empathy and rationale behind customer needs.o Communicate clearly with leadership stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams.o Make data-informed decisions. Know how you’re measuring success before starting any project.
About youo Bachelor’s Degree8+ years of related experience, master’s degree and 6+ years of related experience, or equivalent related work experience. o You have led growth initiatives for a minimum of 5 years with a focus on growing SaaS businesses.o Build consensus and listen well, but can also drive hard decisions. You push the pace. You take blame and pass the praise. People love working with you.o Excels at communicating with team, partners, and executives with clarity, salience, and urgency.o You are not afraid to take on the unknown and are constantly learning and adapting to new challenges. o Knowledge of the shipping industry.
