What you'll do:
SAP’s Globalization Product Management (GPM) proactively manages the globalization of SAP’s product offerings in alignment with the overall company strategy. We enable SAP’s customers to continuously run a global solution according to their local and country specific needs. As a Product Manager for SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM Localization, you will work on the strategy and execution of localization initiatives to ensure our solutions meet the needs of diverse international markets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and customer support to deliver localized solutions that enhance user experience and compliance.

What you bring:
▪ Experience: 3-7 years of experience in product management, with a focus on localization and internationalization of software products.
▪ Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM, with practical experience in payroll and HR systems specific to Germany and the UK.
▪ Skills: Proven ability to manage complex projects, work cross-functionally, and communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
▪ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
▪ Languages: Fluency in German and English. Other languages are a plus.
▪ Analytical Ability: Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret complex data and market trends to inform product decisions.
