Senior Product Manager, Security

\nWhy We Have This Role\n\nTo enhance security frameworks across organizations utilizing Experience Management with a strong focus on user access and data protection.\nTo ensure our products not only meet functional needs but also adheres to security best practices.\nIn order to strengthen customer trust by ensuring our products secure sensitive information and comply with evolving regulatory standards, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.\nTo drive the development of security-focused features that empower organizations to manage user access effectively and protect sensitive data, keeping our offerings competitive.\n\nHow You’ll Find Success\n\nCollaborating with engineers, designers, and security experts to plan and address existing and emerging security needs and compliance standards.\nBuilding empathy for key personas/users while translating security requirements into comprehensive product specification documents.\nEngaging actively with customers, sales, and internal stakeholders to drive product enhancements and ensure adherence to security/compliance standards.\nLeveraging quantitative and qualitative data to inform security-related decisions and success metrics.\nEffectively communicating the value proposition to diverse audiences, and collaborating on feature positioning in the context of security.\n\nHow You’ll Grow\n\nBy taking ownership and being adaptable in a fast-paced environment.\nThrough developing a strong understanding of security protocols and the ability to make informed, data-driven decisions.\nBy enhancing your interpersonal skills and ability to influence cross-departmental collaboration focused on security objectives.\n\nThings You’ll Do\n\nCollaborate with engineers and designers to bring security-focused features to market, ensuring they meet both functionality and compliance requirements.\nBuild empathy for core personas/users and translate security needs into effective product specifications.\nEngage with customers, sales, and various stakeholders to drive security enhancements and ensure secure product usage.\nUtilize a mix of quantitative and qualitative data to guide decisions regarding security and compliance.\nSupport go-to-market teams in communicating our security value proposition to diverse audiences and collaborate on secure feature positioning.\nProduce clear, detailed product specifications that align with company strategies and customer needs.\nUnderstand and anticipate customer needs while identifying areas for product improvement.\nUse data to back your viewpoints.\nRelease features that enhance security and compliance across our solutions.\nCommunicate product value and partner effectively with go-to-market stakeholders.\n\nWhat We’re Looking for on Your Resume\n\nBachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.\n4-8 years of experience in a product-related role, preferably within technology, software development, or security-focused products.\nAn owner’s mentality, adaptability, and a proactive problem-solving mindset\nStrong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to clearly convey security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\nAnalytical, data-driven decision-making capabilities\n\nWhat You Should Know About This Team\n\nThe product team is dedicated to providing secure solutions for large-scale organizational Experience Management.\nThe team collaborates closely with brands and Fortune 100 companies to enhance customer and employee experiences while prioritizing security and compliance.\nYou will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, security what are distributed globally \n\nOur Team’s Favorite Perks and Benefits\n\nThe satisfaction of empowering large networks through technology.\nThe opportunity to work with a diverse range of influential brands.\nA role that fosters personal growth and initiative within a growing business area.\n\n

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.
