Job Description:At Regions, the Product Manager assists in the development, execution, and tracking of marketing or business segments programs for a product or product line by collecting, analyzing, and reporting marketing and sales performance data.
Primary Responsibilities
Strategizes promotional, marketing, and communication programs for all specified products and services as well as produce standard management reportingResearches and compiles business and industry competitive data to analyze and develop tactics to achieve strategic goalsManages sales information, projections, and other meaningful data and prepares forecasts on market evolution and company productsLeads the executions of marketing strategies including advertising, packaging, pricing, expense budgets, profit plans, and future product developmentProvides short term and long term strategic directionPrepares and/or provides guidance in the preparation and delivery of training and sales toolsActs as the subject matter expert, point of contact, and lead of special projects pertaining to specified products and servicesUnderstands industry research around customer behaviors, new product offerings, new providers, and regulatory impacts while keeping business unit and product development heads informedManages vendor relationships including responding and sending requests, managing risks, and ensuring compliance adherenceLeads risk management efforts throughout the life cycle of each product, ensuring proper risk controls and monitoring, and compliance with regulatory risk and operational riskDevelops products and enhances services to remain competitive in the marketplace while ensuring adherence to all of Regions’ compliance and regulatory standardCollaborates with sales teams to identify and implement sales tactics as well as partner with cross-functional teams to execute strategiesActs as a lead and mentor of the departmentCreates and delivers presentations to senior leadershipThis position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

Requirements
Bachelor's degreeTen (10) years of experience in product development/management, market research, or directly related experiencePreferences

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions.
