As Senior Product Manager-Tech, you will be partnering with teams across Store Tech, Supply Chain, Operations/AMZL, Events & Deals, and Categories to improve both the shopping experience for customers, as well as help our network to achieve higher sustainability and lower cost-to-serve.

Key job responsibilities
Own a highly technical roadmap for Prime Delivery CX;
Partner with global technology teams to improve foundational capabilities and build and enhance locally relevant CX features;
Set mechanisms to measure the quality and performance of JP Delivery Programs and Ship option CX.
