As Senior Product Manager-Tech, you will a product owner of key Prime shopping CX while being an general manager to the Prime PnL. You will be partnering with diverse stakeholders in Retail Categories, Selection, Pricing & Promotions, Payment, and Grocery and build bar raising CX with partners in data science and software development. You will set the vision on growing the JP consumer business with Prime customers, and bring along critical functions that drive Retail fundamental inputs to better serve Prime shoppers. Finally, you will be responsible for launching and managing customer facing products that improve the shopping experience for millions of Prime customers.
Key job responsibilities
Own the roadmap for Prime Shopping CX;
Collaborate with Retail category teams to identify opportunities to inspire more Prime customer shopping in key categories;
Partner with global technology teams to build and enhance locally relevant CX features;
Set mechanisms to measure the quality and performance of Prime owned products and audit the Prime PnL.
