Senior Product Manager Tech, Speed, Prime & Delivery Experience

The Amazon Delivery Experience team is dedicated to creating seamless, end-to-end customer journeys—from the moment a customer clicks 'order' until their items are in hand. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, Technical, to lead our Speed Discovery initiatives and enhance the delivery experience for customers in Japan.

As the Senior Product Manager - Technical, you will be responsible for developing and executing the Speed Discovery roadmap, focusing on improving our delivery programs through customer and operational insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data science and software development, both locally in Japan and globally, to deliver innovative solutions that enhance the delivery experience.

Roadmap Ownership: Own and articulate the vision for Amazon Speed programs, setting clear objectives and priorities that align with customer needs and operational capabilities.

Collaboration: Partner with technology and data science teams to develop and enhance local customer experience (CX) features that drive efficiency and satisfaction in our delivery processes.

Cross-Regional Influence: Work closely with teams in Japan and worldwide to influence and deliver capabilities tailored for Japanese customers, ensuring a cohesive and high-quality delivery experience.

Performance Measurement: Establish mechanisms to measure the quality and performance of delivery programs. Utilize data-driven insights to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback and operational data to inform product decisions and drive enhancements to the delivery experience.

Innovative Solutions: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to introduce innovative solutions that enhance speed and reliability in delivery.
