Description This role will also influence products used by DSPs (Delivery Service Provider) and features that enable faster, efficient and accurate communications between them, the transporter and customers. Our team: At Amazon, we're working to be the most customer-centric company on earth. We are constantly looking to exceed the expectations of our customers by ensuring that their orders, no matter how large or small, are delivered where and when they need them, as quickly, accurately, and cost effectively as possible. In the Last Mile Transporter Experience team, we own the experience for all transporter types (drivers, bikers, walkers etc) delivering all Amazon packages, groceries, ultra fast Prime Now deliveries, and more. The Last Mile Transporter Experience is powered by a mobile app, available on both iOS and Android, and works in concert with our logistics and technology to guide transporters through the delivery journey.
