Overview
Marketing Technology Solutions (MarTS) is building cutting-edge, intuitive, intent-driven marketing products to empower our customers, generate high-value leads and fuel the Mastercard brand. We are a part of the Corporate Technology Solutions Group Mastercard Technology business unit that powers the customer technology backbone of Mastercard. MarTS operates at the center of marketing, business, product, and technology, and brings to life marketing strategies and helps to pave the way for new ones that power our growth. This product manager would be focused on supporting our Marketing Operations business partners, helping to drive the roadmap and product backlog for our instance of Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate has a strong background in managing Salesforce, capturing and prioritizing product requirements and leading migrations to ensure seamless integrations.

Senior Product Manager - Technical would be responsible for the following activities:
•\tDefines roadmap objectives, derived from business needs, regional market opportunities, and technology trends
•\tUsing the Working Backwards method, decomposing business requirements and customer experiences into features and user stories that drive the product roadmap
•\tWorks with Technical Program Managers, Developers, UX designers, and internal customers to define the details behind business requirements
•\tEffectively articulating requirements with engineering teams and business partners
•\tActs as the voice of the business customer and accountable for the product roadmap

Responsibilities
•\tCoordinates across stakeholders to collect and identify feature-level development opportunities
•\tElicits and decomposes business requirements into user stories and technical requirements
•\tContributes to defining the product roadmap, prioritizing the backlog while defining the acceptance criteria for user stories
•\tRecommends trade-off decisions on product features /backlog items based on data/insights
•\tOwns and manages product documentation ensuring features and associated documentation are clear and easily consumable by engineering teams
•\tMakes use of user research, metrics and competitive analysis to understand the product and business needs and to inform the backlog
•\tCoordinates with interdependent teams on product requirements
•\tWorks closely with design on the user experience
•\tContinuously monitors feature development adjusting throughout implementation as needed
•\tReviews product demo against acceptance criteria for the feature set
•\tPrepares launches and monitors product performance, adoption, and operational health for feature sets
•\tSupports and participates in post-launch reviews and ensures feedback is reincorporated into the feature
•\tStays aligned with GTM plans for the feature set
•\tIdentifies issues that will keep the product features from delivering on time and/or with the desired requirements and works with internal teams and customer service to identify, classify, and prioritize feature-level customer issues
