The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. This role can be based in San Francisco, Mountain View, or New York. We then help turn those audiences into communities and, ultimately, those communities into customers. We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market for ads trust products within LinkedIn Marketing Solutions.This highly visible role balances strategic planning with execution, and the right candidate can tease out customers’ real needs, develop data-driven business cases for action, create compelling positioning for our customers, and evangelize products with B2B customers. The ideal candidate will own the success of their product area and can quickly pivot from strategy to get-it-done mode. Responsibilities: + Develop a deep understanding of customers needs through qualitative and quantitative research to shape our ads trust product roadmap and GTM strategies. + Develop and execute go-to-market strategies including business goals, measurement framework, the definition of target customers/personas, positioning, messaging, sales enablement, and cross-channel activations. + Collaborate across product, business development, marketing, communications, legal, and sales stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent messaging on LinkedIn’s ads trust solutions within narratives and product launches. + Understand trends in the ads trust landscape that may influence marketer needs, like competitor and industry movements and press cycles. + Create simplicity out of complexity and flexibly re-prioritize work based on the dynamic nature of the ads trust landscape. **Basic Qualifications: ** + 6+ years of product marketing + 3+ years experience in ads trust and/or brand safety product marketing (B2B or B2C) + BA/BS degree or equivalent experience **Preferred Qualifications: ** + Experience leading product marketing for a portfolio of features + High EQ with the ability to build impactful cross-functional relationships across large and diverse teams + Technical aptitude, with the ability to translate complexity products into clear and concise messaging + Ability to operate in a fast-paced and demanding environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize time and resources based on business impact + Analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable leveraging large amounts of data to drive decisions and a passion for continuous testing and optimization **Suggested Skills:** + Influencing for Impact + Go-To-Market + Brand Safety, Suitability, Invalid Traffic + Strategic Planning + Collaboration LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $121,000 to $188,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
