About the team + role

It’s an exciting time to be at Robinhood! This highly-visible role is an opportunity to help expand our brokerage business with our upcoming launch in Singapore.

As a Singapore-based member of our global product marketing team, you’ll be responsible for growing Robinhood’s brand awareness and customer base in Singapore as we continue to launch new products.

We are looking for a consumer product marketer who can build and launch marketing campaigns and lead the go-to-market strategies for some of our most innovative products alongside cross-functional teams from product management, creative, research, legal and more!

We especially value those who have validated track records of demonstrating outsized market and business impact from launching marketing campaigns with limited resources.

What you’ll do Country-Level Ownership: Build the country-level marketing strategy and be the champion for Robinhood's Singapore presence Financial Accountability: Drive business performance goals and customer growth through an in–depth understanding of unit economics, growth acquisition marketing, and A/B testing + incrementality measurement; be accountable and able to report on marketing budgets & campaign performance during finance and leadership reviews GTM Campaigns: Craft and implement go-to-market campaigns for product and feature launches, along with ongoing “evergreen” marketing campaigns. Messaging & Positioning: Be an authority in crafting differentiated and distinctive product & brand positioning narratives for campaigns, informed by deep product knowledge, market / competitive context, consumer insights research, and marketing intuition Relationship Oriented: Collaborate with US-based counterparts in various agencies to develop and implement campaigns, encouraging the development of strong partnerships and relationships across teams. geographies, and seniority is critical Product Strategy: Serve as a trusted advisor and thought-partner to product teams, including inputting into product roadmaps, helping inform prioritization through the lens of market & customer feedback, and helping drive future product improvements Stakeholder Management: Understand and be mindful of the multiple players in the FinTech ecosystem (including customers, policymakers, news media, government) Builder Mentality: Be incredibly resourceful, customer-centric, and able to solve problems using both creative, first-principles thinking and analytical rigor; Robinhood thrives in being scrappy and doing more with less, all while setting the industry standard for quality of work What you bring Background in consumer-facing product marketing capacity in tech (preferably fintech) companies in the Singapore market Ability to autonomously develop break-through marketing strategies Capacity to break down complex concepts so that they’re simple, clear, and human Strong relationship-building capabilities and ability to work cross-functionally Data-driven approach to your work and decision-making Qualitative analytical ability and familiarity with A/B testing Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a bias towards action Experience working in or curious about the brokerage industry
