About the team + roleAs the newest member of Robinhood's Product Marketing team, you'll be at the forefront of driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention of Robinhood’s target audience.
This role blends product positioning, optimizing user journeys for customer activation, and community management across key channels. You'll own the development marketing and campaign strategies across several product categories while encouraging a growing user community that amplifies our brand and drives organic growth.

What you’ll do Developing and implementing data-based campaign plans to improve customer and product growth. Establishing goals, target audience, and messages to improve user acquisition and engagement. Partner with performance, lifecycle, creative, social, communication and our marketing agency to define and implement strategic growth initiatives Work with research and data teams to identify growth opportunities across multiple marketing channels and customer segments. Optimize the marketing funnel to increase conversion rates and maximize ROI on growth initiatives. Craft end-to-end marketing campaigns that build relevance and excitement for the Robinhood brand in various markets Create differentiated narratives with messaging that continuously improves with user feedback, testing, and a deep understanding of our target audience What you bring Background in a consumer-facing product marketing role in tech Ability to autonomously develop break-through marketing strategies Possess a deep understanding of paid media strategies and lifecycle marketing. Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
