We can promise you rewarding work which makes a real impact, the chance to learn from inspiring colleagues from across a growing, global network and opportunities to grow personally and professionally. Our competitive package offers a wide range of benefits and rewards. Job PurposeAs a senior member of the central brand and marketing team the role holder is responsible for developing and implementing our group marketing strategy, through the coordination of marketing activities across the business to raise the RES profile in key markets, drive clarity, recognition and recall of our brand, and to position us as leaders in our field. The role holder will ensure a consistent, collaborative, and innovative approach to our marketing by working closely with colleagues across the function and the business to develop and implement omni-channel campaigns which support our business strategy, reflect our brand and engage our key target audiences with reportable results. This role will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, articulating our value propositions and product hierarchy, positioning our products effectively in the market, and driving lead generation. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) plans for new and existing products and solutions to drive awareness, adoption and lead generationCraft compelling value propositions and messaging that differentiates our products in the market and resonates with target customersHelp articulate and define our product and solutions roadmap now and for future investmentPartner with our product teams and sales teams to ensure alignment on product strategy and customer needsSupport the sales team with the development of presentations, case studies, and training materialsConduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform product positioning and messagingCollaborate with content and digital team members to create omni-channel marketing campaignsTrack and analyse key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and optimize future strategiesAnalyse performance and report resultsKnowledge Understanding of B2B product marketing, preferably within the energy or renewables sectorKnowledge of online and offline marketing channels and how to best leverage them from maximum engagement and impactKnowledge of how to create customer-centric marketing and content strategies that drive tangible resultsSkillsExcellent written and presentation skills, a skilled copywriter with strong attention to detail Ability to influence and persuade, comfortable engaging with senior leaders and managing key relationshipsProficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-makingAbility to plan, manage and prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, delivering on time and on budgetAbility to identify and create engaging brand stories that position RES as thought leadersAbility to bring creative and innovative approaches to marketing campaignsExperience5+ years’ experience as part of an in-house or agency marketing team, preferably with energy or renewables industry experiencePlanning and managing product launchesMeasuring and reporting on campaign performanceBuilding and implementing multi-channel campaigns and initiativesManaging cross-function and multi-geography teamsExperience managing budgets and external vendorsQualificationsA degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related fieldFurther qualifications in specific areas of marketing and communications are desirableExperience at a similar level of role in marketingAt RES we celebrate difference as we know it makes our company a great place to work.
