Senior Product Marketing Specialist – Campaign Management

LOCATION: Hybrid – 8 days a month in the office.  Office locations include Madison WI, Waltham MA, New York City NY, Philadelphia PA, Denver CO, Indianapolis IN, Chicago IL, Hagerstown MD, and Riverwoods IL

OVERVIEW

Wolters Kluwer Clinical Surveillance & Compliance is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Specialist who will work as a liaison between the Pharmacy Compliance product, clinical, and sales teams, helping to bridge marketing needs, and clearly translate and communicate the solutions' technical features and capabilities into benefits and value propositions.

You will be responsible for developing marketing plans to drive inbound marketing (lead generation), sales enablement, and thought leadership and assist in the design and execution of marketing campaigns, content generation, sales tools, tradeshows, advertising and events. This individual should have strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with the marketing team and cross-functionally to develop the messaging, positioning, as well as comprehensive, integrated marketing campaigns required to drive revenue growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive pipeline growth to meet business goals. Collaborate with the Product Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to support development of omnichannel campaigns aligned to customer pain points, market needs. This includes leveraging segment, buyer personas, use case and solution functionality knowledge to develop effective tactics for Wolters Kluwer's Simplifi+ Pharmacy Compliance suite.Ensure effective go-to-market planning and management: Support all elements of go-to-market initiatives to drive demand for Simplifi+ including product announcements, strategy, market research, target market analysis, outbound messaging, and value propositions, differentiation, sales training, and content development activity.Define distinctive differentiators for products based on target buyer analysis. Deliver a compelling vision that incorporates key input from customers, sales, product management, marketing communications, and others to influence product and solution marketing strategy and industry audiences. Analyze industry, customers, and competitive trends to identify threats and opportunities.Create compelling marketing assets in collaboration with subject matter experts to drive engagement of internal and external audiences. This might include website content, digital assets, virtual and live event content, advertising, hardcopy and electronic collateral, whitepapers, videos, and other marketing tools. Interact with customers during seminars, tradeshows, and in customer visits.Effective tradeshow, webinar and event management: Plan, develop and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams on scheduled tradeshows and webinars. Manage all aspects of the events including logistics, team enablement, campaign development and summarizing results.Support customer retention initiatives in key accounts and leverage new business marketing and product/feature/partner campaigns to help cross-sell or upsell and service revenue goals.Cultivate a strong relationship with sales and lead generation: Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure sales and customer-facing teams’ readiness for product launches, and ongoing enablement that helps drive market adoption and sales success. Work closely with the sales organization to understand the selling process and develop effective sales tools.Identify needs and manage external vendors to support business goals

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:  Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience 

Experience:  

5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology or healthcare industries.  Preference is given to candidates with healthcare SaaS software experienceTrack record in taking new products to market and achieving market share growth with current productsAbility to make data-driven decisions that influence and evolve strategic plans Ability to quickly learn new technologies and communicate their value propositionProject management skillsAgility and speed in delivering content writing and ability to translate complicated ideas into language easily understood by others required

Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications: 

Comfortable presenting to multiple audiences, including internal and external stakeholders.Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment and work effectively with remote team members required.Excellent attention to detail and project management skills, managing timelines, balancing multiple projects with changing priorities simultaneously required.Analytical and creative capabilities, including proficiency with marketing technologies and use of data and statistics to assess marketing effectiveness.Experience with marketing automation, customer relationship management (SalesForce) and project management (SmartSheet) tools.Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.

Compensation:

Target salary range CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA: $95,560 - $133,750
