About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will own a Product or Product features. You will develop a commercially useful product strategy and lead project execution based on qualitative and quantitative customer understanding. You will be a critical stakeholder for feedback on new feature ideas.
Responsibilities
Gathering, evaluating and understanding customer use casesCollaborating with internal and external stakeholders across the digital portfolio to identify and co-create customer valueCreating processes and aligning and coaching the team to ensure customer needs are metLeveraging and identifying metrics and data to track progress on customer needs and project budgetsDeveloping clear go-to-market launch plans through coordinated development with external, customer-facing teamsDriving key end-to-end lifecycle components, from planning to release.Writing clear requirements for complex features or productsRequirements
Be a natural problem solver and able to take a lead in collaborating to resolve issuesHave the ability to interact professionally and effectively with internal and external customers.Have experience in mentoring or training others and acting as a subject matter expert to guide colleaguesHave excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to build relationships with customers and stakeholdersBe able to demonstrate excellent organizational skills when dealing with multiple priorities, and be able to think analyticallyBe able to demonstrate product development knowledge, including developing related business cases, content, and product plansHave significant experience in Product Management, from collaborative conceptualization to post-release managementHave a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceWork in a way that works for you
