Senior Product Ops Manager, GenAI Products
**About the Role** The  **Program Leader, Global GenAI Innovative Projects** will be part of the Global Digital Experience team, the digital service design arm of the global CommOps organization. The role will be responsible for the operationalization of transformational GenAI projects, ensuring that the product scoping and design are aimed at high business benefits, pulling in operational stakeholders where needed, removing roadblocks for implementation, launching and managing the projects, bringing insights and feedback to improve at a rapid rate, reading out results when experiments are done, making a scaling plan and handing over successful projects to BAU teams. The role will be expected to manage multiple projects at different stages at the same time The successful candidate will have strong technical and business acumen, be organized and able to quickly build strong partnerships across the business to drive rapid deployment and adoption of transformative tech **What You'll Do** - Partner with Product Managers to develop and launch transformational tech projects that leverage GenAI to solve business problems and drive game-changing impact - Partner with Business and bring them up to speed on the latest technology offerings and find the right product market fit. Help transform and train the organization to think Gen AI - Manage the implementation of these projects, sometimes more than one simultaneously, removing roadblocks as necessary - Bring insights and feedback, socialise impact, scale successful projects and handover to BAU (Business As Usual) teams as needed - Develop and maintain strong relationships with Tech and Ops stakeholders to communicate product / project information, educate on capabilities and evangelise new technology - Identify the right business problems and use cases to leverage Gen AI and make meaningful impact to the overall customer experience and business **Basic Qualifications** - 6+ years of experience in technology, consulting, operations or other highly agile, project-based environments - Experience in Product Management, program managment (with a focus on product) and or within a related field - Bachelor’s degree **Preferred Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or MBA - 7+ years of experience in Product Operations or similar role - Strong communication, problem solving, and program management skills - Ability to adapt to failures and quickly pivot to new initiatives - Strong track record at a top-tier strategy consulting or tech firm in implementation projects - Experience in GenAI - Experience managing global programs / projects - Ability to read technical documentation, including PRDs and Lucidcharts - Exceptionally strong stakeholder management skills and ability to pushback - Obsession for delivering great customer experience and Strategic / visionary thinker For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$155,000 per year - USD$172,000 per year. For Sunnyvale, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$155,000 per year - USD$172,000 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
