Senior Product Owner

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to spearhead the development and delivery of innovative products within our dynamic SAFe Agile environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical acumen, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills. This role will require you to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure the successful execution of product initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning it with the overall business objectives.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring that they meet the needs of the target market.Develop detailed product specifications, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes.Lead cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, utilizing SAFe methodologies to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Track and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize product success.Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.Integrate products with upstream applications, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.Leverage cloud technologies and microservices architecture to build scalable and resilient product solutions.Experience in the Travel domain is a plus but not mandatory.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager in a SAFe Agile environment.Strong technical understanding, including knowledge of database querying and integration with upstream applications.Proficiency in using tools like Visio for creating diagrams and visualizations.Experience working with cloud platforms and microservices architecture.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.A passion for creating innovative products that delight customers.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

Experience in the Travel domain.Familiarity with data analytics and machine learning techniques.Experience with product management tools like Jira.Knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its applications.
