Senior Product Owner - Permanent - New Castle, DE

Proclinical is partnered with a leading analytical instrument organization to find a Sr. Product Owner with a proven track record of agile product owner or manager experience. This is a permanent position located in New Castle, DE.

Skills & Requirements:

5+ years of experience as an agile Product Owner or in a related software product management role, with a strong understanding of agile methodologies.Proven experience in leading agile teams and managing software product lifecycles from ideation to launch.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; background or strong interest in Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, or related fields is a big plus.Familiarity with software development processes and tools,Experience with materials characterization techniques is advantageous but not required.Strong communication and leadership skills.

The Senior Product Owner will:

Lead the development and prioritization of product backlogsWork closely with engineering teams to ensure software solutions are delivered on time and align with the product vision.Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to understand user requirements and market trends, translating them into actionable product features.Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy, securing buy-in from cross-functional teams and executives.Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, to drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with the product roadmap.Advocate for user-centered design, ensuring that the user experience is a central focus throughout the product development process.Stay updated on the latest trends in software development.Have an interest in the materials and chemical sciences sectors.
