Job Description & Summary

process automation and next generation sourcing strategies to help our clients get fit for growth.

As a Product Owner, you will be instrumental in managing and prioritizing the Team Backlog, ensuring that all Product Backlog Items (PBIs) and User Stories are clearly defined and ready for development. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate dependencies and maintain a seamless workflow throughout the sprint cycle.

Required Skills:

Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience with backlog management. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Backlog Management: Manage and prioritize Team Backlog items (PBIs/User Stories).User Story Writing: Write user stories before and during the sprint, and at sprint planning. Ensure the proper flow of stories and acceptance criteria. Responsible for Story Pointing user stories and ensuring they are sized appropriately for completion within a single iteration/sprint.Acceptance Criteria and BDD: Detail acceptance criteria and examples using Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) techniques.Story Acceptance: Collaborate with the team to agree on accepted story completion. Validate that stories meet acceptance criteria and have appropriate acceptance tests. Ensure compliance with the Definition of Done.Provide single approval for all PBIs and Bugs (internal or external).Program Management: Support Product Managers in Program Backlog refinement and PI planning.Understand the scope of upcoming enabler work and collaborate with System and Solution Architects/Engineering on critical technology stories.Team Collaboration: Participate in team demos and sprint retrospective meetings to provide feedback, share progress, and identify areas for improvement.
