**Responsibilities**
**About the role:**
We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to work within the Global Business Process Automation department, focusing on developing best-in-class products and solutions aimed at driving organisational excellence and business transformation.
The Senior Product Owner will own complete product or subset of product and build the best possible product by effectively engaging with team members. They will have a vision for the product that is being built considering immediate gains as well as long term business needs. The person in this role will be working closely with key stakeholders throughout the organization, so he or she must be able to communicate and keep them informed on overall health of the project.
**Responsibilities:**
**Product Vision and Roadmap:**
+ Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
+ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
**Project Management:**
+ Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and CJ talent needs.
+ Write clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
+ Ensure the development team understands the requirements and the "why" behind them.
+ Outline User experience framework and mock-ups for product development.
+ Apply resource management skills to outline required team members for development needs.
**Stakeholder Engagement:**
+ Collaborate with stakeholders, including all levels within the CJ organization, to gather requirements and feedback.
+ Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to keep them informed about the product development progress and manage expectations.
+ Maintain up to date documentation to ensure consistent transparency for stakeholders and business leaders.
**Sprint Planning and Review:**
+ Lead sprint planning sessions to define the scope and objectives of each sprint.
+ Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure smooth progress and continuous improvement.
+ Make necessary adjustments to the product backlog based on sprint outcomes and feedback.
**Release Management:**
+ Plan and manage product releases, including coordination with Solutions and support teams for go-to-market activities.
+ Ensure that the product meets quality standards and delivers a seamless user experience.
**Metrics and Reporting:**
+ Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and impact.
+ Collaborate with Solutions team on monitoring adoption rates, and further product development and enhancement needs.
**Mentorship:**
+ Work with BPA leadership to support in employee development and focus on fostering strong mentor-mentee relationships that contribute to personal and professional growth
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing disciplines or equivalent degree is required
+ Certification in Agile principles and practices, such as Scrum.
+ 4+ years of business analysis experience around database marketing technologies and data management, and technical understanding in these areas
+ 4+ years’ experience as product owner in digital marketing product or data integration platform with a solid understanding of users, the marketplace, the competition and of future trends of the Marketing and customer data platform space
+ Good experience in working with geographically and culturally diverse teams
+ Good experience coordinating between business stakeholders and development teams
+ Experience in working with Matrix organizations
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to handle complex products
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot problems quickly
+ Strong attention to detail and QA
**Nice to have qualifications:**
+ Good understanding of the capabilities of SQL, ETL, DW, Cloud (AWS), Big data, API and web technologies
+ Good understanding of the Microsoft Suite, and Salesforce platform
+ Certification in Digital Marketing
+ Functional knowledge of digital, affiliate, influencer and lead generation marketing
