About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments    

Minimum 7  years of  experience in a customer facing role as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or similar capacity, contributing to customer success across multiple geographies 

6+ years of experience with user cases definition and requirements gathering/analysis methodologies 

Minimum 3 years of experience in agile environment 

3+ years of experience with Jira and Confluence 

It would be great if you also have... 

Bachelors degree in computer science, software design or related fields 

What will you be doing in this role?

Ownership of all necessary requirement documentation, specifications and other related documents including user stories and acceptance criteria, using JIRA tickets and Confluence 

Participate in daily meetings with the development team. Prepare sprint planning and manage backlog. 

Liaise will all project stakeholders from specifications to development and testing. 

Involved in client workshops and presentations to gather and validate user requirements. 

Work with UI/UX to create the necessary prototype, wireframe and use cases. 

Perform research and analysis of new product features/requirements. 

Perform any other tasks assigned by the Product Manager Position.

Hours of Work

The expected core hours of engagement will be an 8-hour day starting at CEST 9:00 AM and ending at CEST 5:00 PM. This is a full-time position. 

This is also a hybrid position working in the office 3 days every other week.
