For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._ _Rate: $55 - $60 / hr. w2_ **Responsibilities:** - Define and manage the product roadmap and backlog. - Lead sprint planning and participate in agile ceremonies. - Develop a deep understanding of customer and user needs. - Gather market feedback and perform industry research. - Write functional specifications, user stories, and product documentation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new products and features. - Communicate roadmap stages and timelines with stakeholders. **Experience Requirements:** Key Technical Skills - Product Roadmap Management - Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) - Data Science and Analytics - AWS Cloud Services - Jira - Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) - 5+ years of experience in the utility industry. - Experience as a Product Analyst. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment driven by KPIs. - Experience with new product or technology development. - Strong inclination towards action and innovation. **Education Requirements:** Required Certifications/Education - Preferred Product Owner Certification (to be obtained within 6 months) - Agile Product Owner Certification - "Black Belt" Six Sigma Certification _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
