As a **Senior Product Service Engineer,** you’ll play a critical tole in driving innovation and ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance for our products. This is your opportunity to shape the future of our industry-leading solutions while growing your career with a global leader. **What You Will Do:** + **Drive Innovation and Collaboration:** support cross-functional teams to establish design, performance, and quality targets for New Product Introduction (NPI) programs, ensuring customer needs are at the forefront. + **Champion Safety and Quality:** Conduct comprehensive safety, quality, and maintenance access audits as part of the NPI Product Support Plan to deliver exceptional, reliable products to customers. + **Solve Complex Challenges:** Monitor and prioritize reported quality or performance issues for your assigned Product Family, activating and driving Continuous Product/Process Improvement (CPI) projects that make real impact. + **Empower Our Customers:** Develop and maintain accurate, user-friendly technical publications that support our success. + **Expert Technical Assistance:** Providing technical assistance for Dealer network and customer base. **What You Have (Basic Qualifications):** + **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in engineering and extensive and progressive experience in service engineering or similar. + **Customer Focus:** Demonstrated ability to understand and prioritize customer needs, ensuring product designs and quality improvements align with end-under expectations. + **Service Excellence:** Proven experience in delivering high-quality support solutions, including safety and maintenance audits, to enhance overall product performance and reliability. + **Consulting:** Strong consulting skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, influencing design and quality targets for New Product Introduction (NPI) Programs. + **Technical Excellence:** Expertise in analyzing technical issues and producing detailed, user-friendly technical publications to support customers and service teams effectively. **Additional Info** : + 25% international and domestic travel is expected. + ISE is **not** available. + Visa sponsorship is **not** available. **What You Will Get:** Our goal at Caterpillar is for you to have a rewarding career.
