What you’ll do:
 

Lead roadmap planning, initiatives prioritization, competitive analysis, and execution.

Ensure the delivery of high-quality specifications according to customer and user requirements, with the goal of delivering the highest value to our customers. This includes meeting with customers to communicate roadmap plans, gather feedback on proposed enhancements, and triage requests from multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Work within one or more agile engineering teams in both Bangalore and in the United States to define strategy, goals and scope and delivery (the “What, Why & When”) of your area of product responsibility and ultimately get it delivered.

Work in close collaboration with other teams, such as release management, production, and governance. Work on cross-module teams to execute suite-wide initiatives.

Act as a liasion between technical teams, business experts, and customers to communicate product strategy and functionality.

Ensure the maintenance of the product, including reviewing customer tickets assigned to the engineering team to evaluate if a technical fix is required.

Make a contribution towards efficiency and process improvement.

Resolve issues. Test. Do what it takes for a successful release.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate will have a combination of business process knowledge in Compensation areas as well as strong product development knowledge, and knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors compensation and variable pay products.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in either Computer Science or Engineering related field or equivalent experience from relevant Human Resources or Compensation business teams.

8+ years of Software Industry experience. 3-6+ years of experience as a Product/Program Manager in a platform scale SaaS environment or equivalent business domain experience.

Deep understanding of software platform issues, API’s, and modern internet applications.

Effective communication and presentation skills.
