**Your Role:**
As a Senior Product Specialist, you will be a technical leader within our High Voltage Motor portfolio. You will use your extensive knowledge and experience to support our customers, provide in-depth product guidance, and drive the technical direction of our HV motors offering in the Nordics.
As a part of your training, you might need to be willing to relocate to R&D for periods.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Lead technical product support** for our High Voltage Motor solutions, both internally and externally.
+ **Develop deep product expertise** on High Voltage Motors, providing guidance and support to customers, sales teams, and technical departments.
+ **Consult and collaborate** with key customers to understand their needs and provide tailored technical solutions.
+ **Conduct advanced technical analysis** , product configurations, and feasibility studies.
+ **Drive product improvements** by analyzing feedback, performance data, and evolving customer needs.
+ **Support sales teams** with complex product inquiries and technical presentations to senior stakeholders (C-level).
+ **Train and mentor** junior engineers and sales staff on product features, best practices, and innovative technologies.
+ **Collaborate closely with R&D and product development teams** to ensure product alignment with market demands.
+ **Be the voice of the customer** within the company, helping shape future product development based on market trends and needs.
+ **Stay ahead of industry trends** , ensuring Innomotics remains a technical leader in the High Voltage Motors space.
**What We are Looking For:**
We are looking for a highly experienced professional with:
+ **Education** : A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (master's preferred).
+ **Experience** : A long and proven track record in High Voltage Motors, including extensive experience in product management, technical sales, or engineering roles within the HV motor industry.
+ **Deep Technical Knowledge** : Expertise in the design, performance, and application of High Voltage Motors, rotating machinery, and power electronics. Experience with standards and compliance in the HV sector.
+ **Leadership Skills** : Ability to lead product initiatives, mentor teams, and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and R&D teams.
+ **Analytical Ability** : Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical data and develop actionable solutions.
+ **Communication** : Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Fluency in English is essential (additional language skills are a bonus).
+ **Customer-Oriented** : A deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to craft tailored technical solutions that drive customer success.
+ **Industry Knowledge** : Familiarity with relevant industry codes and standards and a keen awareness of the latest trends in HV motor technology and innovation.
