How you will create impact: You will develop and deliver innovative AI solutions, helping our client to become a leader in applying Generative AI to solve complex business challenges within the insurance space. Your responsibilities include: + Leading product strategy and development for AI-driven products that address real-world user challenges + Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases based on user needs, business value, feasibility and existing internal capabilities + Identify a compelling North Star vision for our products and assess the impact of deploying a GenAI product + Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs & identify opportunities for AI-driven product differentiation & value creation + Defining and maintaining a product roadmap (including key milestones, deliverables and timelines) over time, ensuring alignment with business goals and future trends. + Defining business value & ROI associated with product deployments through developing business cases and financial models + Partner with data science teams to explore cutting-edge AI technologies, such as NLP, ML models, and automation, to solve complex insurance challenges. Work closely with compliance and risk management teams to ensure AI products and solutions adhere to regulatory and ethical standards. + Acting as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on product objectives, requirements, performance and technical feasibility What is needed to be successful: + Experience in product lifecycle management from ideation to launch, in a cross-functional team + Experience maintaining product roadmap over time + You have thorough experience in product strategy, technology, product management, business transformation / development + You have a good understanding of Artificial Intelligence technologies, including Generative AI as well as a keen interest in the space + Deep expertise in translating complex technical concepts into business solutions that align with strategic goals of the company + Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and drive consensus across multiple teams. + Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of advocating AI product vision to both technical and non-technical audiences + You have experience working in financial services, insurance, or with FS / insurance clients It would be nice if.. + You have experience working in consulting and conducting data analysis, financial modelling, PMO + You are passionate about innovation and continuously seek out opportunities to enhance products and services + You have experience leading AI-driven projects in highly regulated environments.
