Position Summary

:

To be an engaging, supportive people leader for the production teamTo be an active change management coach.Ensure adherence to all company and external quality assurance and sanitation guidelines.Recognize exemplary employee performance.Develop and implement strategies for cost savings, waste reduction, and To prepare and submit reports on a timely basis, including Key Performance Indicators, annual operating and capital budgets, and to work within these budget guidelines.Demonstrate positive leadership through effective communications to all levels of management and the hourly work force.Education: Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university or three to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Ability to comprehend and communicate in Basic English and interact with all levels of the organization.

 

The nature of this position requires that the incumbent display the ability to create positive working relationships and to involve others in working collectively toward achievement of department and plant goals. Through outstanding coaching, training, communications, problem solving, leadership, and recognition this individual creates a focus for others in creating and maintaining a continuous improvement environment.
