As a Senior Production Strategist, you’ll develop strategies, set priorities, and define business requirements to drive revenue growth and enhance competitive advantage. You’ll develop, consult/collaborate, and drive strategic initiatives that support the development of long-term growth plans and profitability goals by optimizing mortgage production of fresh, redirected, stalled, and reserved lead flow. You’ll focus on human behavior and economics to leverage tendencies that drive production and process efficiency. Recognized for your skill, you’ll mentor your team, helping develop your overall capabilities.
Key Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications
7 years of sales, revenue operations or related experienceExpert in Microsoft ExcelAdvanced understanding of customer relationship management (CRM)/mortgage platformsExperience with communication and reporting to executive leadershipExperience driving actionable insights from data and metricsKnowledge of Rocket’s consumer product and data platformsAbility to drive multiple initiatives at one time, adapt to evolving priorities, and work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to build rapport and establish relationships with clients and colleagues, mentoring the way through complex problemsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Qualifications
