In this position…

Senior Production Supervisor - Maintenance is in the facilities department at the Dearborn Stamping Plant.  Strong mechanical and electrical background is required.  This is a currently a day shift position. Successful candidate must have the ability to work overtime, and weekends as needed.  Prior experience working with a unionized workforce is preferred. A strong commitment to safety, cost, and quality is required. Ability to seamlessly interact with management and hourly workforce in a dynamic, high-volume environment.  Drive continuous improvement.  We believe in fostering a workplace that prioritizes the health and safety of our employees while encouraging professional growth and development.
