Senior Production Supervisor- Facilities Maintanence

In this position…

Senior Production Supervisor - Maintenance is in the facilities department at the Dearborn Stamping Plant.  Strong mechanical and electrical background is required.  This is a currently a day shift position. Successful candidate must have the ability to work overtime, and weekends as needed.  Prior experience working with a unionized workforce is preferred. A strong commitment to safety, cost, and quality is required. Ability to seamlessly interact with management and hourly workforce in a dynamic, high-volume environment.  Drive continuous improvement.  We believe in fostering a workplace that prioritizes the health and safety of our employees while encouraging professional growth and development. You'll have... 

High School Diploma or GED 5+ years of supervisory and / or manufacturing experienceWorking knowledge in Microsoft: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OutlookAbility to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights and weekends and overtime when necessaryExtensive working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systemsAbility to multitask in a fast paced environment

Bachelor’s Degree Safety and quality experience Six Sigma: Black or Green Belt certified Knowledge of lean manufacturingExtensive construction experience in a unionized environmentPrior experience managing a unionized workforce
