This role is hybrid and requires you to be at Toronto Downtown for minimum 2-3 days per week - subject to change at any time.
• 5+ years of experience in application production support or related field.
• Strong technical skills: MongoDB, scripting (aggregation pipelines, $lookup).
• Excellent problem-solving on javaScript-based framework.
• Experience with financial industry applications and systems.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Understanding of ITIL, Agile, or related methodologies.
• Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins).
• Experience with FX payments, transactions, and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of MEAN stack development.
