We’re currently looking for: 

We are looking for an Operations Analyst to join the Professional Services Operations Team to support a variety of daily back-office transactions and be a critical resource supporting multiple areas.  The tasks will vary across all Business Operations items including revenue, reporting, metrics & KPI, procurement, process development, and billing supporting the ProServ Team.    


Key responsibilities (but not limited to) are: 

Create and publish daily and weekly reports for key delivery metrics and KPI’s and provide insights of the data to enable the ProServ Leadership to action. Create and publish monthly reporting packages for Project Profitability, Backlog Report, P&L Report, Loss Contract Report, and other items as needed. Support the revenue operations of percent complete by creating the month-end revenue workbook and partnering cross-functionally with Project Management leadership on commentary required. Support ProServ Subscription orders with provisioning and de-provisioning billing and maintaining master billing and revenue register and ensuring reconciliation to corporate billing system. 

 

To succeed in this role you must have experience in:  

5+ years’ experience working with Sales Force, Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Sheets 

5+ years’ experience creating reports and modelling in excel using formulas external data sources. 

5+ years’ experience working with business/finance operations or background in FP&A 

5+ years’ experience with reporting, variance analysis, and providing key insights to business leaders. 

5+ years’ experience supporting internal Customer facing teams such as Project Managers, Sales, or Account Executives. 

 

Desired Qualifications:  

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field. 

Advanced Excel skills 

Ability to be agile, flexible, and adjust as needed with a sense of urgency. 

Strong attention to detail and ability to execute high volume of transactions with high accuracy 

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills 

Self-motivated individual capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment 

Detail and results oriented; skilled at both planning and hands-on execution 

Ability to excel in a collaborative, team-oriented environment 

Amenable to working on a hybrid setup

Amenable to working on a night shift schedule

Amenable to report in Cubao or Ortigas
