Posting Summary Rutgers, The State of New Jersey is seeking a Senior Program Administrator for Mason Gross School of the Arts (MGSA). This position plays a key role in managing and coordinating community engagement and outreach activities, with a focus on both local and regional initiatives. Reporting directly to the Associate Dean for Finance & Administration, this position is responsible for developing and fostering partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders in support of recruitment, summer activities, P-12 engagement, and fundraising initiatives, among other schoolwide priorities. Among the key duties of the position are the following: Collaborates with MGSA leadership teams, including deans/chairs/directors, as well as program staff to ensure seamless coordination of community arts programs. Designs, assesses, implements, and manages arts program for a diverse audience, including preschool through high school, adult learners, and arts enthusiasts. Manages the administrative operations of the program, including budgeting, staffing, and other logistical details. Cultivates and maintains partnerships with internal and external constituents, including potential donors, community partners, and other stakeholders to support fundraising efforts and community outreach activities. Ensures programs align with the broader mission and vision of community arts, MGSA and Rutgers University.
