Title:
Senior Program Analyst, Logistics (FMS Switzerland)KBR is seeking a Senior Program Analyst, Logistics in support of FMS Switzerland in our Lexington Park, Maryland location. This contract provides program management, engineering, financial, and logistics services for F/A-18 air vehicles, subsystems, armament, engine, and airborne weapons in support of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers to include the countries of Kuwait, Finland, Australia, and Switzerland.
Role and Responsibilities:
Provides guidance and leadership for logistics analysts supporting aircraft, weapon systems, training, or SE programs.
Conducts logistics, supportability, reliability, maintainability, and operational analyses and provides recommendations for tailoring, optimizing, and establishing logistics element requirements in support of aircraft, weapon systems, training, or SE programs.
Provides recommendations for changes to site support including maintenance planning, phased support, manpower and personnel requirements, initial provisioning and material support, support equipment, training and training devices, technical data packaging, handling, storage and transportation, and facilities.
Provides recommendations for the development of Life Cycle Cost (LCC) and Total Ownership Cost (TOC) Management Plans.
Provides recommendations for the review and development of Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) records, maintenance tasks and Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) recommendations.
Support and attend reviews, meetings, conferences, briefings and other significant support activities and events occurring in CONUS or other country locations, as required, to perform analysis in support of the PMA-265 Swiss IPT.
Analyze prospective changes to aircraft/weapons/support equipment quantities and determine the potential effects that these changes will have on program life cycle support.
Evaluate maintenance systems and assess their applicability to support the weapon systems or support equipment.
Track milestones, and action items based on review and analysis of the LOA, contract schedules, In-Service Support Plan, and other pertinent documentation.
Coordinate, support, and attend program management reviews, technical coordination meetings, conferences, briefings and other significant program activities and events occurring in CONUS and OCONUS, as required.
Basic Qualifications:
Must have at least 10 years of experience in acquisition Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), which includes: Maintenance Planning, Logistics Support/Supportability Analysis, Operational Availability analysis, or resource requirements analysis related to in-service support of DoD weapons systems.
Must have at least four years of experience supervising and directing at least three logistics analysts in the performance of comprehensive analyses across the spectrum of ILS elements, during a job assignment in an Acquisition Command or support an acquisition command.
Must be able to travel 10-20% of the time. CONUS and OCONUS.
F/A-18C-D platform experience is required.
An active secret level security clearance; Must be a US Citizens.
Must be able to work onsite.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Life Cycle Costing experience desired.
General knowledge of NAVAIR policies, procedures, terminology, and requirements.
F/A-18 experience highly desired.
Demonstrated experience in program/project status.
Deactivation, Demilitarization, and Disposal Planning.
Microsoft Office Suite, O365, and SharePoint experience.
Scheduled Weekly Hours:
40 hours/week (On-site Only)
Compensation:
$105,160 - $157,630
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels per internal policy or contractual designation.
